THIS IS MY RAGE is a self-reflecting book created out of the (successful) attempt to heal my anger.
Short backstory: My hands started to act up and hurt like crazy (and they still do, little bastards) and I found no way to cope but to be angry at them and at myself. I decided to stop whining and breaking things and start ACTING.
It's my first completely self-bound book about a very personal (yet necessary for everybody to hear) theme: RAGE.
